The law office of Cramer & Di Michele, P.A. was formed in June of 2007 with a primary area of practice focused on residential real estate.
Cramer & Di Michele, P.A. is comprised of attorneys Jaclyn Cramer and Roberto Di Michele who share a dedication to providing quality legal services in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner. Our attorneys have a combined 20 years of experience in real estate law. They handled thousands of settlements throughout the State of Delaware and have extensive knowledge and experience in all types of residential real estate transactions including purchases, refinances, second mortgages, home equity lines of credit, FHA/VA loans, and reverse mortgages.

JACLYN CRAMER
Jaclyn is a Graduate of Widener University School of Law - Class of 2003. She is admitted to the Delaware Supreme Court and the District Court for the District of Delaware. She is also a Member of the Real Estate Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association. She was born and raised in Wilmington, DE. Currently, she resides in Avondale, PA with her husband, twin boys, Brady and Jacob, and two German Shepherds, Macky and Macy.
ROBERTO DIMICHELE
Roberto is a Graduate of St. John's University School of Law - Class of 2001. He is admitted to practice in 4 states, Delaware, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and New York. He is also a Member of the Real Estate Law Section of the Delaware State Bar Association.
